Ayurvedic: Dong quai is not traditionally used in Ayurveda.
TCM Uses: Dong quai is known as the "female ginseng" and is widely used in TCM to regulate menstruation, tonify blood, and alleviate gynecological issues such as menstrual cramps, menopausal symptoms, and infertility.

Dosage:
